Our employee feature is a new addition to our NWAH team. We interviewed her to find out more about her history, likes and goals. We learned that she's had an incredibly diverse career, has amazing pets and that she wants to make the clinic better for our clients by making it a no pressure area.
We recently introduced Quillston to our home - a deaf cat. We were unsure how he would interact with our other two kitties, and what it would be like to have a cat that couldn't hear us. Little did we know, his deafness actually gives him a huge advantage over the other cats!
We all have varying opinions of the benefits, downfalls and uses for social media accounts. Things get even more complicated when these accounts merge with business. What would a vet clinic have to say on instagram or pinterest? How does it affect professionalism to have these accounts? What are the benefits?
What first inspired humans to create animal hospitals for their pets? And what inspires us - regardless of cost or consequence to do whatever we can for our animals?
It seems that we do all of this because of a deep love for our furry companions.
That love inspires some so much that they go through the grueling task of becoming vets and vet techs.
Happily unaware of my deadlines or stresses, my cat will come to me at any point during the day and demand my attention.
